    The Board of Directors is committed to, and has adhered to, thorough and effective corporate governance practices.  The board is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s management in the operation of the business advances the long-term interests of stockholders, and that this is met with the highest principles of business ethics, and meets the corporate governance requirements of both federal law and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Huifeng Bio-Pharmaceutical’s Board of Directors
Jingan Wang     Mr. Jingan Wang, age 48, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is the founder and currently serves as President of Huifeng. Mr. Wang has more than fifteen years of experience in accounting and financial management. Mr. Wang has served in the positions of Accounting Supervisor and Chief Financial Officer for various companies during his professional career. Before Mr. Wang founded Huifeng in 2000, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Wei Xing Enterprises from 1999 to 2000. In 2004, he was awarded "the Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Xian Hi Tech Development Zone. Mr. Wang is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Sanding Tao     Mr. Sanding Tao, age 40, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, served as VP of Finance and CFO for various technology and bio-tech firms before he joined Huifeng in 2003. From 1998 - 2000, Mr. Tao served as Chief Financial Officer for Xian Lan Xi Science & Technology, Inc. From 2000 -2003, Mr. Tao served as Chief Financial Officer for Xian Xing Yi Science & Technology, Inc. Mr. Tao is a graduate of Chinese Southern Financial College.
Ms. Bing HeMs. Bing He, age 26, Secretary of the Company, also currently serves as Assistant to the President for Huifeng Bio-pharmaceutical Technology Inc. (“Huifeng”) in Xi’an China. She joined in Huifeng as Sales Manager in December, 2007. From 2006 to 2007, Ms. Bing He was in charging of Business Department in Brother Sewing Machine Xi’an Co., Ltd., which is a multinational corporation and headquarter located in Japan. Ms. Bing He graduated from Xi’an University of Financial and Economics with major of Business English.
